Terms and ServicesPlease be sure to read through my T.O.S before ordering a commission.I will have the right to refuse or cancel a commission if the commissioner has been troublesome towards me or not within my ability to make or design.I take no responsibility if the commissioner has not read the T.O.S.I will be only giving a digital file of your commission. I am also not responsible if you lose the file so please be sure to keep it downloaded somewhere safe!Please be aware I am still developing and learning about my style so some of my pieces may be different due to me trying new methods.I will only be drawing in the styles that is stated on my social pages and commission page.Please be detailed and exact with what you are asking me to make to prevent an dissatisfaction, any good or bad feedback will not only help me develop as a artist but also make your commission more accurate to what you are asking for.When ordering a commission this means you have read and accepted the T.O.S and will follow them correctly.

PaymentI will accept Paypal or Ko-fiI will only start working on the commission when I receive the full payment.I will expect payment within the next 48 hours after your commission is ordered, however if you are not able to pay in that time please be sure to discuss it with me.When I have the complete order and full payment I will start on it ASAP.

How to orderTo order a commission either send me a direct message on any of my social media or email me at [email protected] . The links for my social are all here on my website.Depending on the commission type I will ask for you to fill a form to have all the info I need.Please be patient for my answer and confirmation.

Service speedI will try to get the commission done as quickly as I can, however I do have a life outside of drawing so please keep this in mind.The average time a commission will take is a month however I will try to get it done 3-4 weeks after I have received the commission if there are certain circumstances for me taking longer for the commission I will be sure to let you know.If you would like to give me a deadline for your commission to be finished by please state it in your order but you will be charged a small amount extra for this.

Copyright and Usage policyAs the artist I hold the right to the produced artwork so I'm allowed:Post the picture on my social media with credit to the commissioner unless stated otherwise
As the commissioner you cannot:Take credit for my work and claim as your own if you do share it please remember to credit me.Modify or use my work if it hasn't been discussed when ordering.

RefundsIf I have only done the sketch I will be able to refund your money if you change your mind.If you file a chargeback against me you will no longer have any right to my work and your name will be noted down and will no longer be able to purchase my work.

Designs and changes to art workIf reference is unclear I will send work in progress of your commission.You are allowed to request for work in progress pictures.If you would like any minor changes I will be able to make to the piece.If you would like to give the design a name or story for personal use you may.If you want to change the design without changing the commission itself you may.I allow trading and gifting my art piece however please contact me details of the new owner to avoid fraud and scamming.
